From a camera in Nice to sets across the world

I'm Nicolas Fournier, a director and cinematographer originally from the French Riviera, now based in Dubai. I trained at ESRA Nice, completing a 3-year, French state-recognized degree in film and audiovisual production (2014–2017), before picking up a camera professionally in December 2017. Over the years that followed I built a career across two very different worlds: high-profile French rap music videos and the luxury events, hospitality and corporate scene of Monaco and the Côte d'Azur.

I've operated camera on music videos that have collectively gathered over 170 million views, working alongside some of the biggest names in French rap — Naps, Ninho, Rohff, SCH, Bramsito, Seth Gueko — and directed, shot, lit and edited original music videos and brand films for artists and clients across France and the Principality of Monaco.

On the events and corporate side, I've filmed for institutions and brands like the Sporting Club de Monte-Carlo, the Monte-Carlo Live Festival, Bentley Monaco, Maserati Monaco, Bvlgari, Oceanco and the Croix-Rouge Monégasque — in the presence of guests including Charles Leclerc, the Monaco royal family, and, during Monaco Grand Prix week showcases, international artists such as Travis Scott, Black Coffee and Rampa.

I'm also co-founding Creativ Mess Studio, an artist development label currently in the process of being launched, where I direct, shoot and edit music videos for the artists we develop.

In November 2025, I founded NFX Films in Dubai to continue this work on an international stage.
